By texting (940) 310-3262 you agree to receive replies, pickup confirmations, and reminders about containers at your yard from Purpose Metals. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
We send three kinds of message and that list is the whole list: replies to what you sent us, questions when your message was unclear, and reminders about a container we have already asked you about. The last of those means we do sometimes message you first. We send no promotions, offers or marketing on this line.
STOPPING MESSAGES
Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT and we will confirm once and then send nothing further from that number. Reply START to turn them back on. Reply HELP for help. Stopping texts does not affect your company's account with us; we will use phone and email instead.
TEXT IS NOT A GUARANTEE
Text messages are not guaranteed to be delivered, and this line is not monitored around the clock. A text is a request, not a scheduled pickup. A pickup exists once we have confirmed it. Do not use text for anything urgent or safety related. Call (940) 535-8033 instead.
A PERSON CHECKS EVERYTHING
We use software to read incoming messages and prepare the paperwork for a pickup. A person at Purpose Metals reviews it before anything is scheduled or sent. Nothing is dispatched automatically.
ACCURACY
Weights and prices come from certified scales and from the processor's own settlement documents. Any figure quoted before a load is weighed is an estimate.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Only text us about yards your employer has asked us to service.
- Do not text us anything hazardous, prohibited or stolen material, and do not put it in a container.
- Tell us if the right contact for a yard changes, so we stop texting somebody who no longer wants it.
